What it actually does.
It cannot make a number up
Every figure comes from a view or a function over your records — never the model’s own arithmetic — and the answer carries the query and the row count behind it. An assistant that invents a plausible figure is worse than no assistant at all.
- It says “I don’t have that” rather than guessing, and the gap is logged.
- Every question and every answer is recorded, including the ones it could not answer.
- No privileged back door: it runs with the asking person’s permissions.
It will not invent a figure
Ask for a number the records do not support and it says so, and says what it would need. Every figure it does give comes from a view or a function — the model explains arithmetic, it never performs it.
“There is no cost on file for 1,827 of these lines. I have counted them as nothing rather than estimate them, so treat this total as a minimum.”
It will not show you somebody else’s rows
It runs as the person asking, through the same row-level security as the screens. A purchasing manager asking for payroll gets nothing back — not a polite refusal written into a prompt, but no rows at all.
“Payroll is behind payroll.view and this session does not hold it. Your controller asking the same question gets the register.”
It will not change anything on its own
Only two of its 217 tools can write, and both produce a proposal. The purchase order, the correction, the setting change — it drafts, a person approves, and the decision is recorded with who and when.
“I have drafted the purchase order for 48kg pork belly at the contracted price. It is waiting for you to approve it.”
It answers, produces and acts
Find any figure on any day at any level. Build a report, schedule it, send it as a file. Draft the order, raise the ticket, propose the setting — then wait for a person to approve.
- 217 tools across accounting, stock, payroll, documents and the group.
- It proposes; a person approves. Nothing applies until somebody with authority says so.
- It teaches — a new supervisor asks it how, and is productive on their first shift.

And both correct. Because it sees exactly what each of them is allowed to see, which is what makes it safe to give to everybody rather than to three people at head office.
- Scoped per company, per site, per action.
- More history means sharper answers — nothing to retrain, no data team to hire.
- It works on a phone, because the person who needs the answer is rarely at a desk.

Which model is it?
Claude Opus 5, the most capable available, kept current by us. That is a deliberate choice: a cheaper model that is wrong occasionally is worse than useless on a ledger.
Does our data train the model?
No. Your records are read to answer your questions and nothing else.
What happens when it does not know?
It says so, and the question is logged as a gap — which is the most honest product backlog available, because it is in your people’s words rather than ours.
Can it change anything?
Only by proposing. It can prepare a draft, raise a ticket or propose a setting change, and a person with the authority approves or refuses it.
