Pricing

An implementation fee, then a monthly fee.

That is the whole commercial model. No license, no per-user charge, no change orders, and no annual renewal that rises whether or not anything improved.

What you pay for

Two things, and nothing underneath them.

The implementation

One fee, scoped to your business — the companies, branches, chart of accounts, opening balances, the connections to what you already run, and the training. Paid once. It includes us being in the room when you go live.

The monthly maintenance

Hosting, support, statutory updates, and your changes. A new report, a new field, a new approval rule, a new form — part of this, not quoted separately. Tickets answered in 24 to 48 hours, most of them the same day.

What you never pay for

The lines that make an ERP expensive.

A software license

There is none. Nothing renews, nothing is trued up at audit, and there is no price-rise letter in year three.

Users

Unlimited on every plan. Fifty more people costs nothing, so you never ration access to your own system.

Modules

Turn on what you use. Switching one on later is a setting, not a purchase.

Changes

A report, a field, a rule, a form. Part of maintenance.

Upgrades

Continuous. No upgrade project, no re-testing your customisations.

Integrations

Connecting to what you already run is part of the implementation.

What it comes to

For a company your size, over three years.

The difference

Ranges are what Philippine companies of this size are quoted. Ask any vendor to fill in the middle column themselves — in writing, for three years, with seats at your expected headcount. The exercise is short and it is usually decisive.

Questions about money

Why not publish a fixed price?

Because the honest number depends on how many companies and branches you run, what you already have that we connect to, and how much history comes across. A fixed price on a page is either padded for the worst case or a number that changes after the first meeting.

What happens if we grow?

Nothing changes in what you pay per person, because there is no per-person charge. A new branch is a record. A new company is an entity. Neither is a new license.

Is there a minimum contract?

The implementation is a project with a date in it. After that the maintenance is monthly. We do not lock anyone in with a license, because we do not sell one.

Can we get our data out if we leave?

Everything, any time, in open formats, at no charge. A system you cannot leave is a system you do not own.

Ask for the real number.

Tell us what your business looks like and we will put a proposal in writing, with the go-live date in it.
