Every branch. Every shelf. Every peso.
Tills, stock, buying, pricing, shrinkage, loyalty and the books — one Philippine-built system for a multi-branch retailer.

Your best branch and your worst look the same on paper.
Both hit their sales target. One of them is quietly losing four per cent of everything it sells to shrink, mispriced shelf tags and stock that never arrived from the warehouse. You will find out at the next full count, which is months away, and by then nobody can say when it started.
Three problems your trade has that other businesses never do.
One price change, every shelf edge, every till
Approved once at head office, queued to every branch overnight, printed in aisle order, live before the doors open — and re-costed in the ledger the same moment.
- The shelf and the till cannot disagree, because they read the same record.
- Range by store format — a mall branch and a community branch are not the same shop.
- Promotions measured afterwards, including what they did to the lines beside them.
Two branches with the same range and the same prices, and a gap nobody could explain until the shrink line had a number on it.
Shrink has a shape
Losses cluster — by line, by hour, by till, by person. The pattern is what tells you whether it is theft, damage, or a process that never worked, and a variance raised this week is one somebody still remembers.
- Counted without closing — cycle counts by aisle, category or value band.
- Priced, not just counted — every variance carries a peso figure at cost.
- Transfers with two sides, so a discrepancy between branches is visible.
Three deliveries at three prices. One average cost hides which one is actually on the shelf, and which margin you are actually making.
Profit by branch, after head office
Your distribution center, your buying team and your head office cost real money and sell nothing. Share that across the branches they serve and see which stores genuinely earn their place.
- Five bases, per cost and per period, changed by you without us.
- It reconciles to zero every period, or it says why.
- Every metre of shelf judged on what it returns, not what it sells.
Counted by a person on one side, computed from the movements on the other. Both sides from the same column would agree every time and prove nothing — and the line that matters here is the one worth stealing.
What your people actually ask it, on an ordinary Tuesday.
Every answer comes from your own records, runs with the asking person’s permissions, and carries the rows it was read from.
- “Which branch has the worst shrink?”
- “What should I mark down this week?”
- “Which lines earn least per metre of shelf?”
- “Why did margin drop at Northgate?”
- “Which cashiers void the most?”
- “Send me sales by category as a file.”
Every figure comes from a view over your own records — never the model’s arithmetic — and the answer carries the query and the row count behind it. No other ERP sold in the Philippines has this.
The ones this trade asks first.
Do we replace our tills?
No. We read whatever is on the counter — through an interface if it has one, or the printed reading if it does not. What changes is that the reading reaches the ledger without anybody retyping it.
Can each store format carry a different range?
Yes. Set a range per format and let each store trade to it, from one item master — so a mall branch and a community branch are not forced to carry the same list.
How quickly does a price change reach the shelf?
Approved once, queued overnight, and live before the doors open — with the tags printed in aisle order so the person walking the shop is not hunting.
Does it handle loyalty?
Yes, with points held as a tracked liability rather than a number in a spreadsheet, and one customer across every branch.
We have been burned before. What makes this different?
Almost everybody we talk to has a system project that died, and usually the same way: a long implementation, a partner who left, and a go-live date that kept moving. Ours is thirty days with the date written into the contract, we implement it ourselves rather than through a partner, and if thirty days is not realistic for your business we will say so before you sign rather than in month three.
What happens if it does not work out?
You keep everything. Your data comes out in open formats at any time and at no charge, and there is no license to unwind because we do not sell one. A system you cannot leave is a system you do not own.
Who actually answers when something breaks?
We do — one company, one number, and the people who wrote the code. There is no reseller in between and nobody to escalate to. Datche has been trading in Cebu since 1978 and our own business runs on this.
My people are not technical. Will they actually use it?
That is what the assistant is for. A supervisor asks it how to do something and it walks them through that screen in plain English, with their own permissions and their own data. Most of the training a system like this normally needs is somebody wanting to ask a question — and now there is something to ask.
How much of my staff’s time will this take?
Less than a migration, because there is no migration. Your opening balances go in, and after that the system reads the documents you already produce instead of asking your people to key them again. The week that costs you anything is week two, when your own day runs through it with us in the room.
What about BIR?
VAT, withholding, the 2307s, the summary lists and the books of account are the shape of the system rather than a module added at the end, and we supply the documentation your CAS registration needs. We will also tell you what adopting a computerized accounting system obliges you to do by 31 December 2026 — before you sign, not after.
Same system underneath.
See it on your own figures.
Bring one ordinary day from your business and we will run it through in front of you — your items, your prices, your branches. About an hour, and no obligation.
